How do you use grill oven pan?
I want to make hamburgers but i dont have a grill, instead i found a grill oven pan. but I dont know how to use it. Can somebody tell me how? I need to know what degrees i need to put it in.
i think you might be refering to a broiler pan it comes in 2 pices the top having slits and the bottom just as a pan…well its for the broiler but being your first time you can lay your burgers on the top pan and place in a 375 oven for about 20 minutes turning them at 10 minutes …also to help with the cleaning and the smoke put a little water in the bottom pan….when doing your burgers place the pan on middle shelf…….you will be surprised how much fat drains into the bottom pan….
